Exactly what the title says. This one is kind of old, like a year and a half ago.
Top: Inspired by "Numb." The lyrics are from that song. 
Bottom: A glass and silver pocket watch with the Hybrid Theory fly guy design. The design is on the silver bottom/body containing gears and everything, and the logo is etched into or printed on the top glass casing. The hands run backwards, and hands/markings are in the cavity of the watch between the top casing and bottom part. No, I did not make this. But if I could I would, and if they sold it I'd buy it. 
Before you flame, I know "Numb" is from Meteora and not Hybrid Theory. Thank you very much.
